With partnerships among public and private organizations all working together to build a sustainable, scalable and revenue-generating smart city infrastructure, you can’t help but ask if San Diego is the model for the future smart city. After all, local utilities, global technology companies, world-class research institutions and even the federal government are getting involved. And it all started with a team simply called the Street Light Working Group (SLWG).
